The Casa de la Rosa Library:

Resident and workshop guests of Casa de la Rosa will have exclusive access to an extensive writing resource library on-site.  The Casa de la Rosa private library is unprecedented. You will find amazing resources without ever leaving the house.  Treasures in the library include:

  • More than 150 books on story crafting and the writing process.  You will have access to a wealth of inspiration and writing prompt ideas.  Our library includes books on every aspect of writing: character, scene, dialogue, theme and voice.  We have a large assortment of genre guides such as how to write memoirs, mystery, or science fiction.

The Private Library of Proprietor Becky Owens - Leather Bound Signed Modern Classics:

  • The nearby Casa Grande house has a prized library of exquisite collection of leather bound books of signed modern classics from Easton Press, hardback books with gilded pages in gold. The proprietor allows access to her private collection exclusively to Casa de la Rosa writers in residence. These great works bond in the highest of quality are meant to provide inspiration.
